Verified ReviewerYou guys are no assistance, you don’t care who sells on your website. Totally dissatisfied with the product or a rip off.
I Purchased these earrings from Parks family liquidation. They said they were valued at $800-$1400 which is *** You cant even see them I had to enlarge my wifes picture just so you could see the tiny earrings.
What a rip off so dishonest. Trying to get a refund and he company is not responding.. They said oh yes we will give a refund but has not given me any instructions on how they want to have them. Shipped back.
Dont waste your time with these people, eBay and Amazon is going to get my business from now on.
Never had a problem with them. As a matter of fact, Ive never even made a complaint about a company before, but this was ridiculous.

Verified Reviewer |To inform and warn consumers about Emanon’s deceptive and fraudulent business practices, and to spare them from financial loss and emotional distress.
There is/has been no response of any kind from Emanon Auctions & EstateSales, LLC via Live Auctioneers. Please be advised that in addition to legal filings set in motion by my estate attorney, formal complaints have also been filed against this business with the Better...
There was a lifetime of home and personal items that were gathered from our lives. I contacted an Estate Help Line that provided some names of estate dealers and
auction houses that regularly deal with estate liquidation. I placed a few phone calls to three of them, one being Emanon Auctions & Estate Sales, LLC. Within a couple of days, the proprietor, Mr.
John Marko contacted me via phone and inquired about what types of items were to be picked up and sold. I explained it was the contents of our former home, namely furniture, collectibles of all kinds, crystal, china, kitchen appliances, clothing (new and vintage), ladies handbags, electronics, artwork and wall hangings and much more. Mr. Marko asked if he could come view the storage units to see what would be involved in accepting the job.
On Thursday, June 9, 2022, Mr. Marko met me and both of my parents, Ken & Sue Moye, at Columbia Self Storage, located at 10 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ. Upon review of Storage Units D124 and D118, Mr. Marko accepted assignment of the job.
He asked me to send some photos of the bedroom furniture all set up as it was when it was set up in our bedroom, and I did so later that day. Mr. Marko told me that both storage units could be unloaded in one day. He chose to do it on
Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
On that day, he sent a team of four people that worked for him to unload the storage units, pack the truck and bring all the items back to his warehouse, where he said they would go through everything. Mr. Marko stated,
that if anything of a personal nature was found and/or if I were to change my mind about retaining any items, all I had to do was make mention to him about whatever those items were. Initially, Mr.
Marko stated it would take about a month to six weeks to go through everything and then put everything on the auctioneer website. However, during the entire month of July, I did not hear from Mr: Marko at all. I got a negative feeling that something wasn't right. I checked the Emanon Auctioneer website and
much to my surprise I noticed that he had started putting things on the website without informing me first, which did not give me an opportunity to decide if I wanted to retain something or not.
Initially, he stated that nothing would be put up for auction until I was made aware of it first. He basically said one thing and did the exact opposite. My parents are witnesses to his deception, as they heard him say this to me.
He would do things one thing, and then wound up doing the exact opposite. Emanon Estate Sales wound up putting on some valuable never-opened Barbie collectible dolls, and selling them very, very cheap.
- Company contract is bogus
- Acts deceptively
- Works with fraudulent intentions
Preferred solution: Reimbursement for all items stolen, for legal fees associated with civil suit, for any personal items like my late wifes law degree returned to me and an apology would be nice. However at this point, I doubt it would mean much of anything.
User's recommendation: Avoid doing any transactions with this business! Don’t be fooled by their ‘we’ve been in business for 40 years.’ They are scam artists and will avoid bothering with you once they have your estate items in their clutches. There are many more reputable auction houses and estate dealers that will follow through on their word.

No refunds are bad policy!
I should've known better as a marble collector and only one photo was provided. As marble collectors, quality is ALWAYS over quantity.
These were old vintage marbles, turned upside down and the photo was blurred a bit, so you couldn't tell the condition, the seller said they looked decent to him. Even a CHILD would know they were beaten up badly, 1/3 is in good condition but they're the ones more common, the ones shown go for bigger money. I buy and sell, so that I can keep collecting the ones I want. Paid around $250 after the buyer's premium, tax, and S&H, which he kindly took care of for me.
I do not understand why JayBird provides only one photo and has a no refund policy, to me, that's misleading and looks awful for anyone who may want to shop with Liveauctioneers.com. I advise you not to buy marbles at the least. Terrible. I noticed he had jars of them also and glass alone is very deceiving.
It's why I take a box around with me, so I can pour them out and look at them. This guy's name suits him! In my case. It wasn't the P.O.
I shook the box and didn't hear one rattle. He did pack them very well. However, unfortunately, he misled me.
A kid would say, Man these are beat up. Errr!Do Not Buy Marbles!

Verified ReviewerScammers abound on this platform
Live Auctioneers is full of so many scammer auctions. I have tracked the Same Exact Item sold 3 times.
There is a serious situation where fake Chinese "antiques" are being "sold" over and over. I am not sure how it works but when a Chinese Bronze sells 3 times in 5 months with 3 different Seller/Companies using the exact same photos then something rotten is going on. It is likely that it is a modern fake antique first of all.
Secondly these "companies" are bidding items up, then not paying and sending to another and another and eventually a Consumer will end up paying and holding the bag on a fake or at best, an item that was SHILL BID way above it's real price. Americans are getting scammed.
