My request to Live Auctioneers was to ask for help in cancelling a bid that I did not make. I wanted it done befor the auction date. I've been emailing and calling with no success. Help is needed.Ed

A problem with a bid that I did not make for a lot number 306579. Please call me back so we can work this out. I've sent several emails Indicating that they would remove it or I should call you. Please call me back

I paid for my item at the auction house. A few days later, Live Auctioneers sent me an email that they were charging my credit card for the item. I tried calling and talking to a person....good luck! The chat bar told me to pay $1 for a 3rd party website to submit my issue. Why am I paying for THEIR mistake? I sent an email, and I am STILL waiting for a response. I am getting charged a second time for an item I already paid for!

User's recommendation: Zero Customer Service! Can't get a human on the phone, and they don't respond to emails.

No real support and app is far from perfect I need someone legit to call me not some tech support from a side hustle that charges money.

Not being given item I won with a $400 bid via Kodner Galleries. I had the winning bid for a gold and stone ring with $400 bid. When called to pay was told they wouldnt honor sale, they were very rude. If you get a fair price this Auctioneer may deny it

Impossible to ever speak with a human being, and should you by accident actually reach a human being…very unhelpful!!!!

Impossible to receive any type of customer service from a human being. Do you think I really want to spend one half hour filling out this stupid survey, when I want to speak with a human being???!! Customer SERVICE????? What a stupid concept. Just pay your money, and go away. Do not bother us with your questions when you need help!!!!

After I paid the item, my account is still suspended, please restore my account I have been trying to bid on other items and my account remains suspended so again, restore my account as soon as possible, the issue has been fixed already

Be charged for bid I did not place

I bid up to $1000 on a pair of earrings & was immediately notified that I had won. I contacted Bidhaus within the minute to inform them my highest bid was $1000. They argued with me I was wrong & demanded I pay $10,000 immediately. I tried contacting Live Auctioneer to see way they were demanding $7,700 + commission of 25% for an item I bid $1000. These earrings have been on eBay for months for $6,800. I have been purchasing from live auctions & online auctions for 45 years & never had a problem like this. On eBay alone I have almost 900 positive feedbacks for purchases from them. On Live Auctioneer I have purchased many tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry in the last two years & this is now how they treat a valued customers. They only ever side with the seller, so buyer beware!

SYSTEM FAILURE

Well, once again you screwed me out of an item I wanted. Lot 615 at the Elliott auction in Kramer (Attica), IN on 2-12-22 was at $270 when I entered my bid of $280. Your system said the bid was being sent. About 10 minutes later the screen flashed that the item sold for $270. You did not even see/send my bid. I called the auction house and was told about an issue with your system and that the item actually sold for $300. You still show $270. I would have gone higher. Elliott told me that HYBID was carrying the auction, also; so I switched and had no further problems. This not the first time I have had issues with you, so I think I will take my business elsewhere. From the looks of your ratings, you won't be in business much longer anyway.
